A recent and fabulous variety for giving the moist, shady border a Japanese lift! It grows into a compact, cascading mounds about 40cm high and 40cm wide.
The blades are a striking dark yellow with red tips. This variety can be grown in sun or shade, for a vividly bright golden yellow give them some sun. Can be grown in full sun as long as the soil is moist. Easy to grow and maintain (Cut back to ground level in late winter/early spring, before new growth appears and that's it!). Very low maintenace for a great look. Superb with ferns and Japanese plants for that oriental look .
