An easy to grow member of this remarkable genus in a cold house or cool greenhouse. They can be grown outside in mild areas with good drainage. The abundant foliage and striking yellow spathe and spadix, growing about 60cm tall make this a rewarding plant to grow.
They are not too fussy about compost as long as it is gritty and rich! Plant about 10cm deep. Keep dry over winter until they start sprouting, gradually increase watering, watering and feeding well when in full active growth. When foliage starts going over reduce watering and stop once foliage dies down.
