Semi-tender, height to 50cm. Suitable as a terrarium, conservatory or house plant.
An easy to grow species, can withstand a few degrees of frost for a short period. Fronds are very variable, ranging from the heart shaped fronds to deeply lobed and palmate.
Requires a good open compost with reasonably good drainage.
Native of northern South America.
